DeepX Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Johnson to its advisory board. Mr. Johnson brings a wealth of experience in the healthcare and technology sectors, with a proven track record of building and scaling innovative healthcare businesses.

Mr. Johnson was the founder and CEO of Lemonaid Health, a pioneering online healthcare company that he successfully led through an acquisition by 23andMe. He founded Lemonaid Health in 2013 after relocating from the UK to San Francisco to pursue a mission to improve access to primary care. Lemonaid Health was acquired by 23andMe, a leading consumer genetics and research company in 2021 in a transaction worth $400 million. Mr. Johnson then served in various roles as Vice President of 23andMe until he left in November 2023.

Paul Johnson's previous career highlights include:

• Raising over $60 million at Lemonaid Health, launching significant partnerships including with Walgreens Boots Alliance in the UK.
• Overseeing the online and digital operations for major players in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, including Lloyds Pharmacy.
• Launching the UK arm of Europe’s largest online pet supply retailer, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and ability to identify market opportunities.

Mr. Johnson is now a CEO coach and advisor to healthcare companies and venture funds in Silicon Valley. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in IT and Business Management from the University of Worcester, UK.
